Precautions for maintenance of full-automatic screen printing machine:
1. Butter must be added once a week (when the machinery and equipment are working 24 hours). The equipment shall be kept clean during production, and the appearance of the equipment shall be cleaned regularly;
2. The dust in the electrical cabinet must be cleaned within 2 months (air gun blowing);
3. Overspeed operation is not allowed during production, otherwise the service life of the equipment will be reduced;
4. The built-in power supply of the equipment cannot be used externally;
5. Regularly drain the air pressure valve of the equipment (it is recommended to use desiccant);
6. It is forbidden for non equipment operators to open the electrical box and make changes inside the equipment.
